Requirements: – Candidates Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with a minimum of TWO (2) years proven outside sales experience.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: – Provide teams with strategic and tactical guidance regarding global regulatory requirements to support product approvals/registrations

 

– Independently manages multiple long-term projects with direction/support from supervisor. Interacts with supervisor as required on activities, issues, or milestones

– Reviews labeling for compliance to labeling requirements, including content, format, and regulatory registration impact etc.

– Provide regulatory review and approval for product marketing communications

– Familiar with product biocompatibility, sterilization and packaging requirements

– Working knowledge of regulations for disposable medical items

– Posses of dealing with medical device Authority (MDA) and NPRA for products registration purposes

Responsibilities: – Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner;

– Handling Quotation, Invoice, Purchase Order, and Delivery Order.

– Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times

– Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments;

– Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems;

– Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information;

– Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary;
